The company Moltrasio Massimo Ingranaggi was founded in 1984, thanks to the owner's many years of experience in the field of gears and, more broadly, precision mechanical workings.

In order to ensure reliability, quality, and speed, the company's choice was to complement traditional machinery with new CNC machines, which guarantee increasingly precise and cost-effective results.

The artisanal dimension of the company allows for particularly careful attention to the required workings, the execution of special prototypes, and/or small batches.

The company, always very attentive to the various needs of its customers, constantly aims for full customer satisfaction by achieving a high level of quality.

In addition to internal and external gearing operations (which can reach up to Module 16 - diameter 1200mm.), and threading and grooving operations (which can reach up to diameter 250mm. x 5000mm.), the company is able to fulfil requests for the supply of special mechanical products, made according to each customer's drawings and specifications, ensuring precision and punctuality.

THE PRODUCTION AND WORKING OF GEARS TO SPECIFICATION

The company Moltrasio Massimo Ingranaggi is characterised by the care and expertise with which it carries out subcontracting manufacturing and production activities. The artisanal approach, combined with the level of technology achieved, allows the company to cater to a particularly demanding market.

For over thirty years, precision mechanical workings have been carried out according to design specifications, such as transmission and grooved shafts, internal and external gearing, cylindrical and helical gears.

The gears we produce are intended for various uses in the industrial sector, with multiple application fields.
